"Great hotel"
Great hotel in perfect location near the tube station. All staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great. Would definitely come back again.
"The best Premier Inn I've experienced."
I visited with my Mum for her 60th Birthday, the hotel is either new or recently renovated as everything is extremely fresh and new. We chose not to upgrade our room, and we were glad we didn't as the room was lovely. Some premier inns are tired but not this one. The location was a two minute walk from Blackfriers tube, 20mins walk to Covent Garden either by the river or through the city, where there was such beautiful old buildings to admire. St.Pauls cathedral was two minutes walk also. There is a Tesco express on the corner for anything you forget. The TATE and OXO buildings are just across the bridge. The staff here went above and beyond. Free breakfast the following day as it was my mums birthday. The staff member we had a particular report with, even went and brought her a bottle of prosecco. The room- Bayliss and harding shower gel and hand soap, the bed - OMG so comfy! spotlessly clean and very modern. We were worried this was a little 'out of the centre' but not at all. We will be back next time we visit London.
"Weekend getaway"
Great hotel situated in quiet location but still close enough to Central London and all the sights. Wonderful to have air conditioning, especially during another heatwave. Meal deal prices for breakfast and evening meal is well worth the money and excellent quality. Would definitely stay here again.
"Fantastic staff!"
The hotel is located in a quiet area, but easy to find and close to lots of things. It was a 20 min walk from the main theatres, but this was perfect for us. Every single staff member I interacted with was genuinely lovely and very helpful, I was really impressed.
"Excellent!"
One of the best experiences I have ever had at a Premier Inn. The hotel is well situated on a quiet side street. The rooms are spotless. Breakfast is superb. The restaurant is reasonably priced and offers a good menu. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I would particularly like to mention Yusuf who really went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one and who’s infectious smile really brightened our day. We will definitely return here when next in London!
