"A great place to stay in central London "
This Premier Inn has a great location, near the tube station, all the necessary amenities and ideal for work/learn/play in central London. Nice clean room with all the essentials. It's run smoothly, all staff are very friendly and accommodating, my special thanks to Alexia for understanding my issue with the room and going out of her eayvto help me. Many thanks, I will definitely be recommending Premier Inn St James's Park to my colleagues, friends, and family.
"Great value Central London Hotel."
Lovely friendly staff. Great value breakfast. Complementary coffees a nice and very welcome touch. Easy check in and out. Excellent location with Underground station virtually on the doorstep. Easy walk to Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, Trafalgar Square and many other London highlights Standard rooms are very small so would strongly advise paying a bit extra for the bigger rooms. Overall though an excellent value central London hotel.
"Basic living!"
Comfortable beds, but we were living in a ‘box’ for 3 days.,l Beware when you go to a standard hub, cos there’s no room to move!!
"Overnight stay for a short city break"
Great location, friendly and efficient staff, clean comfortable bedrooms, great continental breakfast. Booked again for next month.
"Great stay at The Hub"
Overall we had a great stay at The Hub Westminster, St James Park. - The rooms were small but good enough for 2 people (it was advertised as such and there were no big surprises when we arrived). The beds were so comfy and we had a great nights stay x3. We booked 5 rooms for a party of 5 and one room had a clogged sink but we made do! - The location was so convenient. Walking distance to major sites (Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, Covent Garden, etc) and close to 3 Tube stations (St James Park, Victoria, Westminster). Food places and coffee shops nearby as well. Loved the location. - great value for the price - great staff at front desk who were very accommodating. Everyone was so pleasant - Lindy, Julia, Fatima and there was a gentleman there during the day into the evening and we didn’t get his name but he was so nice and friendly as well. We had a wonderful stay at this Hub and if we ever come back, we would stay here again. Great value for the money, convenient location, friendly staff. The only reason we rated it 4/5 were a few minor inconveniences - key cards didn’t work effectively. We kept on having to come downstairs (sometimes a few times a day) to get them reactivated; they ran out of some breakfast items one day (no more croissants - boo). Breakfast was £6 and selection was limited. That said, Starbucks would’ve cost us double this amount for a lot less so overall, breakfast was okay. And finally, 1/5 rooms we reserved had a clogged sink. They tried to fix it during the 3 night stay but couldn’t so we made do. Just a few recos: - more hooks are needed or shelves in the bathroom. Again we made do but there wasn’t enough space to put toiletries etc. All good (thank goodness for hanging toiletry bags). - it’s a cool hotel with all these “smart” features but if you need front desk, you have to physically go downstairs to talk to someone. Why not have a feature that calls downstairs for things like extra towels or clogged sinks(?) Despite these “hiccups”, we really enjoyed our stay at the Hub. Everyone was great and accommodating. And we highly recommend this hotel.
