"Affordable accommodation in central London"
The room and the dining room where breakfast was served were very comfortable. It was a pity that there were no windows, but considering the location in the center of London and the price, I think it was unavoidable. Above all, I am very grateful to the staff for making my stay so pleasant with their friendliness and kindness.
"Overpriced Disappointment – Never Again"
My stay was disappointing overall. The room was shockingly small, completely windowless, and not worth the high price. Breakfast was awful—bland and poor value. On top of that, the woman who first checked us in around 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, 21/06/25, was extremely rude and unwelcoming, which set a very negative tone. However, I want to highlight the young Black gentleman who helped us later—he was polite, kind, and very professional, which I truly appreciated. The breakfast attendant was also warm and welcoming, despite the poor quality of the food. That said, I will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it—or any in this chain
"What a find, excellent place to stay"
Fantastic stay here whilst visiting the City. Staff very courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. Bedrooms comfortable, clean and well serviced for our needs. Excellent lounge with bar. Coffee, tea and chilled water available 24/7 to help oneself to. We didn't have breakfast or evening food but the staff on hand were top class. All in all we found the staff happy to go the extra mile to make our stay the best experience possible. 10/10
"Post show stay"
We stayed here overnight after seeing Julian Clary at the Palladium as it was only 5 to 10 minutes walk away. We had a few drinks back in the basement bar after the show. The hotel and room was very modern and comfortable. The bed was great and we had a good nights sleep with no noise issues. Breakfast was a buffet - very tasty and fresh with lovely coffee.
"Great central value hotel"
We had a really good time, The hotel is super central, and the rooms are fairly good for a place like central London. Recommend!
