"I just didn't give it five stars because of the lack of a minibar in the room."
The hotel has modern facilities, the rooms are compact, but comfortable enough for two people. The bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is excellent for £8, and the best part is the location: about a 5-minute walk from Big Ben and Parliament, and practically next door to Westminster Abbey. The only thing I missed was a minibar in the room; it was annoying not having anything cold available.

Excellent hotel, a hidden gem in the heart of London. Excellent staff,food,drink and rooms. Would highly recommend a stay best hotel for a long weekend. Value for money prices of food and drink reasonably priced considering the location. Within walking distance to everything.

We had a pleasant stay. It was very accessible to key tourist spots and staff were accommodating. The room gives you the facilities you need despite it being small (if you did not book the bigger one).
