"The best for a weekend in London"
Excellent location, small but very well-organized rooms. A few more hooks on the wall for clothes and towels would have been helpful. The staff was very kind and friendly. Great atmosphere.
"A good budget friendly hotel"
The room is small but this is reflected in the price compared to other hotels in the area. It may feel small for 2 people but for 1 it is big enough. The room has everything that I needed (other than a kettle in the room but tea/coffee is available in the bar for free and this is something that I knew when booking). The location is great as you are right by Westminster Abbey.
"Great location."
Great location. However need to inform you that the room you are in has no window as this was a shock to me. It also took me nearly 45 mins to check in due to it only being one member of staff checking in, fielding questions and also servicing the bag storage. Meaning that people were jumping the queue to sometimes just put something in there bag. The check in experience unfortunatly tainted the rest of the stay.
"Twin Trip to London."
This was my second stay at this hotel, and my twins’ first. We were able to check in early as our room was ready when we arrived, which was a lovely start to our visit. The room was clean and comfortable — quite basic, but exactly what you’d expect from a Premier Inn Hub. Tea and coffee were available 24/7 near the main reception, which was a nice touch. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is great, with plenty of attractions nearby, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Overall, another great experience — we’ll definitely be coming again!
"Good but not excellent"
Great location, a few minutes walk from St. James's underground station. Comfortable walking distance to Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace. Clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff. Downsides: Very small room, similar to an inside cabin on a cruise ship No window Wi-fi in room was fine, but no mobile phone signal Have to go downstairs to use your phone and to see what the weather outside looks like
