London Victoria hotel

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel and every time my experience has been great. The rooms are comfortable with all of the essentials, the breakfast is lovely and the staff are wonderful. On this latest visit, we were greeted by Frances who helped my mum and I get checked in and, on finding out we were returning customers, brought a complimentary bottle of wine and biscuits to our room. Frances really made us feel welcome and was so friendly whenever we crossed paths in the lobby. The breakfast is also very tasty and fresh, and again the staff in the restaurant are lovely. Overall a wonderful stay here (despite some terrible weather!) and we will definitely be booking again next time we're in London.

I've been a regular and happy user of Premier Inn - both for business and pleasure - for many years, but no longer. This stay (£300+ for 1 night) was simply appalling. Room 11 vibrates constantly. I asked for another room immediately upon check in and was refused on the basis that the hotel was full. I asked to speak to the manager who refused ("I will speak to him in the morning"...kind of defeats the object!). I then found out that the Good Night Sleep Guarantee (I got about 3 hours) is simply worthless as Premier Inn simply deflected and obfuscated at every point of the process (including claiming that they have not received the audio recording despite their email confirmation that they had!). I don't like leaving negative reviews but have given Premier Inn every opportunity to remedy this for me and future users of room 11. Beware.

This hotel has reduced the service and its minimum. The reception is nearly inexistant and the daily clean of the room is under request. The only positive aspect is to be close to Victoria Station

Once again we stayed at this hotel in London, our go to for many years. It's located in a perfect location, walking distance to Victoria Station where all manner of transportation is available, as well as many shops and restaurants. It's also within walking distance to Buckingham Palace. The hotel has been updated since our visit last year, it has comfortable beds, clean and extremely quiet rooms, and personable employees who go the extra mile for you. Around the corner is Wilton Road which has a Sainsbury's (a huge grocery store), plus numerous restaurants and pubs. Close by are also two major theaters. Overall, this hotel has been our go to for years, and we will continue to stay here. The price is reasonable, and public transportation makes all of London accessible. I highly recommend Premiere Inn London Victoria Hotel once again.

We have stayed here a couple of times and the staff are amazing. The hotel itself is a bit down at heel and could use a refurb. The hotel is just behind Victoria Station and if you are able to walk for 5 minutes you are close to underground connections. We stay here because it is good value for money AND the things that are important to us are good. the beds are always comfortable and clean and the bathroms are always spotless. the staff are all lovely. they can't do enough for you and they all smile at you, they are all good but would like to mention Pearl who looked after us in the restaurant. it wasn't fine dining but we thought the £29.99 deal for 2courses and a drink for dinner and cooked breakfast is perfect. we are 75 and appreciated not having to look for a restarant for a meal after a busy day. we will certainly be back. oh that's another thing. when we got into our bedroom there was a card saying yay you came back with two little bars of chocolate. Premier Inn can be proud of all the staff at Victoria thank you
