"Awful, avoid at all costs"
Absolutely awful stay. The room was in disgusting condition, with visible stains all over the headboard which immediately made the place feel dirty and unhygienic. The ventilation was terrible — the whole room smelled musty and damp, making it incredibly uncomfortable to sleep. After taking a shower, the window completely steamed up and stayed that way, which just showed how poor the airflow was.
To make matters worse, there was nobody at reception in the morning when I tried to check out and raise these issues. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. I would not stay here again and definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

"Great stay"
Very good the breakfast was amazing and I loved the nice staff and I stayed because I was preforming back to the future with my acting . Social mention too Gurdi fantastic member of the team, would be great to see the new style rooms at this hotel

"Amazing staff at this great Premier Inn"
I’ve stayed at the Holborn Premier Inn many times and this was the best visit yet. Everything was superb and the team went above and beyond. They are warm, hard working and helpful. Big thanks especially to the wonderful Jabed, the sweet Samsul and Yasmina who always works hard. The breakfast was the also the best yet, made to perfection by the lovely female chef, served so well by Jabed and a wonderful Greek lady. Thank you.

Avoid This Hotel – Formal Complaint & Warning to Others
Please see the attached pictures.
Do not stay at Premier Inn London Holborn hotel. The advertised “Good Night Guarantee” is misleading and not honoured in reality.
The room was in an unacceptable condition on arrival — the curtain and rail had completely fallen down, clearly showing poor maintenance and lack of basic quality checks.
During the night, there was loud banging on doors and continuous noise at around 3 AM. Sleep was impossible. I attempted to contact reception, but the phone system redirected me to a virtual assistant instead of a staff member. When I went to reception in person, there was no staff available, which is a serious failure for any hotel.
This raises real concerns about both customer service and guest safety.
The following morning, I reported everything to the manager, but instead of resolving the issue, I was told to contact customer relations. This dismissive response only made the situation worse.
Based on this experience, I am requesting a full refund and appropriate compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused.
Overall, this hotel failed on every level — room condition, service, and complaint handling. I strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.
