    "Perfect location to Waterloo train station"
    Great distance from Waterloo Train Station, 10 minute walk, Big Ben just over Waterloo bridge. Very clean and served a nice breakfast for a minimal charge. Rooms were a good size, very clean and updated. Stayed a couple of nights before we took the train to East Hampton Cruise port.

    Great location, 5 min walk to Westminster bridge, then down to downing street,Whitehall, St james park,then trafalgar square, mall,Buckingham Palace. All of these great sites within a 25 minute walk ,hotel very clean with friendly and helpful staff

    Very nice hotel with a great location and friendly, service-minded staff. We had a family room that was spacious (we are three persons) and clean. Breakfast was also very good. In all the hotel is good value for money in central London.

    Have two special needs children. The restaurant could not change or allter a type of kids meal our son would eat because it was premade. Restaurant manger had the chef make a special meal not on the menu for our son. He was so happy he ate every bite, and the rest of the family was able to enjoy a great meal. Extremely friendly staff. Delicious food, and some of the best customer service ever we experienced.

    excellent hotel. very clean, good breakfast, comfy beds. In a very good location as well. staff were very polite and helpful specifically ralvca (hopefully i got her name correct) she went out of her way to help us and was lovely.
