      "We would stay here again"
The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Very easy to check in and out. We were able to leave our cases and bags after checkout all day in a secure room which was very helpful. The room was clean, good shower, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the toaster super quick, restaurant clean. The one small downside to our room was that we looked out of the window onto a brick wall a few feet away, we couldnt even see the ground, it wasn't very important as we only used the room as a base but it would have been nice to be able to know what the weather was like, we had to go down to reception to see if it was raining or not, despite this we would stay there again as it was very close to the London eye.
"Hotel with some rooms with a view"
A nice hotel with very comfortable beds and we had a room with a view. The staff, especially Mr. Shifat was so patient & helpful.
"Need to learn the basics !!!!!"
Checked in early an extra £15 on top of the extortionate price per night, first night we found dirty sheets stained, Lovely ! So obviously had not been changed from the last person, to knackered to go down 6 floors to complain (no phone in room) and only one towel between the two of us. The following morning I told front of staff and the sheets were changed, only to find the dirty mugs had not been changed or the tea/coffee etc., had not been replaced. Once again the following morning told front of staff and they said it would be dealt with, only to come back to find the Tea / Coffee etc., had not been replaced but we did have clean mugs, once again one towel to share!!! The third night they did get things right, only to find the last night yet again one towel and no replacement of tea / coffee etc., This is basics surely!!! Cost of 4 nights £884
      "100% stay again!"
We just returned home a couple days ago. We stayed at this hotel July 5-12th, 2025. I would 100% stay there again. It was my daughter (20) and myself, and we had a twin room, which was a queen and a twin bed. The beds are so comfortable, along with the comforter and pillows. It is an easy walk to Waterloo station, Westminster Bridge station, bus stops, and the Westminster pier for boats. We used all of those easily. When we arrived, I loved the view of The Eye, Big Ben, etc. However, we did find some plastic food containers under the bed, I guess from the people before us. As we were heading out, I told the front desk, and when we came back, it was gone. Everything else in the room was spotless. Not much room for luggage, but we put one suitcase on the desk, and the other on the chair. Hair dryer worked fine. Did not use the restaurant or bar. The AC worked fine, although it does go off after a while and have to be turned back on, until the last night, it stopped working. They moved us to a different room for that last night, which I was fine with. Friendly staff, took care of issues right away, any request taken care of immediately, balloons and snacks on my birthday, both elevators working. Wish there was a safe and a frig, but not a deal breaker. Highly recommend, esp due to location and beds!
      "Birthday Surprise"
Thanks to all at the Premier Inn, Waterloo for helping to make my daughters birthday special. I mentioned at check in that she was celebrating her 21st birthday that weekend, and not only did they assign us a lovely room with an excellent view over the London Eye, Westminster and Big Ben, they left flowers and chocates in the room as well. Thanks to Liliana for arranging this and for being so friendly and professional at check in and check out. Hotel is very well located and all the staff we encountered were very nice.
