"Stay at Putney bridge"
The outside of the hotel didn't look the best, a bit run down. However, the staff were all very friendly once inside the building. The hotel is in a good location and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The area seems nice and didn't feel unsafe at any point.
The bathroom in the room could have done with an upgrade and the water pressure was not the best. The sink tap often spat the water out rather than pouring.

I stayed at the Premier Inn in Putney Bridge with my wife between 10th of April 2026 until 14th of April 2026.
The check-in process was quick and easy, and all of the staff were kind and helpful.
We stayed in a standard room. It was very spacious, the lighting was good, the bed and pillows were excellent and the bathroom was good too.
When we had an issue with the toilet being blocked unfortunately late one evening, the staff were extremely helpful and offered to move us into a different room, or to wait for the maintenance staff to attend to it in the morning.
The next morning, the maintenance staff attended to the issue in the toilet and fixed it promptly and efficiently.
The wi-fi is good, but it’s not really quick unfortunately. It’s okay for general browsing like e-mail, but videos do need a few seconds to buffer if the wi-fi is being used for watching media.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is good as well - it’s about thirty-to-thirty-five minutes away from the city centre in London.

The best point of this hotel is the location and views of the river. The hotel itself is in dire need of refurbishment, particularly the outside and Reception area. The room was relatively clean and the bed comfortable, but really showing its age. The heating was hit and miss and one window wouldn’t close properly meaning it whistled with the wind through most of the night.
