"A long weekend in the Maidstone area."
It was the first time I had stayed at Premier Inn Sandling Maidstone. I chose this particular Premier Inn as my daughter and I were were proposing to visit relatives in the area. I found the whole experience to be excellent. Meals were good, staff most helpful and in addition the location of the hotel relatively close to the M20 motorway made access most convenient.
An additional plus point which we enjoyed is that the hotel is also located next to the River Medway with evening walks along the towpath most pleasant.

The gentleman was so kind snd helpful he could see i was very anxious as it was after 10pm and I had no where to stay he found me a room at another premier inn not to far away snd he advised me how to book it on line and the gave me directions. Well done premier inn thank you.

"Excellent facility if you like music"
Very nice place to stay. The only bug bear is the pub attached to the building next door has v large speakers on poles in the pub garden. These do not stop until v late. You try sleeping to the latest radio station or house music playing. It’s loud did I say loud. Then early morning off they go again. Whhhhhhhyyyyyyyyy?

"Poo night's sleep"
Great location next to the River Medway and easy access to motorways. Super reception staff and fantastic parking. But, that's where the plus points end. I had four nights of really poor sleep thanks to a totally solid mattress, a heavy unforgiving quilt and similarly solid pillows leading to very uncomfortable and disturbed sleep. I was really disappointed given that a good night's sleep is Premier Inn's trade mark. Not any more and I doubt I will be back.
