"Bad value for money"
Very poor and dated. Much more like a travelodge but with a higher price tag. Not good value for money at all. Strange smell in room. Generally low level of cleanliness. Heater didn't work properly. Family room the same size as our friends standard room.

"Highly disappointed"
Used this hotel and the attached Malta inn for years. Highly annoying to find that we couldn't book on advance for dinner, as we always have. To be told on arrival that the restaurant was open to guests was frustrating to say the least. Still Harvester benefited. No bulbs in the bedside lamps which made it unable to read in bed. No staff bright enough to find bulbs or to fit them. Extractor fan made a dreadful noise

We had a good stay I stayed because I was getting a operation the following day they were brilliant they put my wife's diabetic medicine in the staff fridge for us and gave her some cereal free of charge because we were leaving before Breakfast in the morning the room was clean and comfortable

"Helpful staff: Julianne and Karen"
Karen at the hotel helped us very much with booking a night there at the last minute - she held the price for us and was really straightforward and kind. Julianne at Farnham Premier Inn was even more helpful - she really went out of her way to help and explained our options clearly to cancel the second night at her hotel before 1pm and rebook with Maidstone as an independent booking. Lovely woman.

"Amazing staff and PI customer service"
Stayed last night and arrived to find out that I had booked Wednesday instead of Saturday night. This was due to being emotionally all over the place after hearing about a family suicide. Hence on our way to France to be with family. Not only was the lady on reception last night wonderful, we have just spoken to customer service who refunded the first night no show. Without needing to. Without a fuss. I love Premier Inn even more than I used to and will now book always.
