Maidstone/Sevenoaks hotel

Could not rate the atmosphere from staff here high enough, everyone here was incredibly helpful and friendly. Special mention for Laura and Leah! By far the best staff i have met in the last 100 stays. Rooms have the nice new fans, which made the heatwaves slightly more bearable. Wifi is great too! 11/10 would recommended. Me and another guy on my team actually tried changing our next hotel to be able to stay here.

Just to make other travellers aware, there is no air con in the rooms, just a desk fan and opening window of 50mm. They do serve breakfast but no other food available on site. All the rooms now have the barest minimum, only ideal for the shortest stay only.

Arrived during the recent heatwave so very warm but they have a fancy new fan in the room which made it a little more bearable ( wouldn’t have been any different if I’d have been at home ) . Booked a table for breakfast as I know from a previous visit that it is the best thing to do but unfortunately as alot of people had just turned up and sat down we couldn’t get our table so arranged to return a while later when it was a lot clearer. Don’t get me wrong I’m not complaining I’m just pointing out to other guests that you need to book ! Found out that the chef that weekend was in training so was working to the best of his ability with the help from the waitress / second Chef for the day . The whole staff were amazing that I came across Saturday morning and although dated it’s a very nice Hotel so will definitely be back .

The hotel is in a good location, could do with a refurbishment in the rooms, but what everything you need. Hot shower, comfy bed and clean rooms. The staff are amazing and are always happy to help. Breakfast served fresh always a bonus.
