Maidstone/Sevenoaks hotel

We stayed here spontaneously because of the stormy weather and motorway conditions. Leah on the front desk was so helpful and informative which is what we needed! She quickly sorted us out with a room and all the info we needed for food and a much needed drink. Our room was spotlessly clean and Claire and Halyna clearly work hard to make sure everyone enters a perfect room. Bed as always was super comfy and we had a great nights sleep. Yes the hotel is a bit basic - no bar, air con or smart tv but I would compromise on that everytime for the service received from Leah, Claire and Halyna who are a credit to Premier Inn.

The car park was an absolute nightmare with the Turkish restaurant customers. It was continuous and no spaces for hotel customers to park!!! It needs sorting or you are going to loose customers. Also some of the showers have no water pressure at all. On a positive note the breakfast was really nice. Fresh and hot.

We had a lovely stay at this Premier Inn. It was in the perfect location for our visit. The price was really reasonable. The rooms were clean and the usual standard so the beds were really comfy. You could hear the traffic at times. The breakfast room was run like clockwork by an amazing chef who couldn’t be more helpful. We’d definitely go back. The Chinese next door but one was great too.

Perfect location. I work in customer service and LEAH is the epitome of great! She was friendly and bright Premier Inn and went over and above, I'm not fussy but she got me the tea i like because it's not served in the room. You have a rising star young Manager on your hands. Promote this woman.

Awkward location, but once there, acres of carpark and a very pleasant setting and building. Basic provision room, unfortunately with very low water pressure, but super value for money, great staff and a delightful little breakfast room. Clean and comfortable, but not any amenities within walking distance now that the Beefeater has gone.
