Maidstone/Sevenoaks hotel

An average premier inn good parking but a building site next door. The old restaurant. Clean hotel. Good staff only thing is the water pressure is not good. A bad shower experience. Great breakfast

Do not stay at this hotel, cobwebs, spiders, flies in room, poor WiFi signal, tired bathrooms, no toilet roll, cups in room.... Would not recommend..... Customer service complaints department very rude ...

I have stayed here for 7 nights over a 4 week period, and I will not be back. It is frankly the dirtiest and worst PI that I have stayed in, and believe me I have been in plenty. On 3 occasions I requested that my room be cleaned, it happened once !. My room had been used by a smoker and stunk. The carpets on the stairs and corridors were filthy. I was even insulted and accused of being grumpy by the receptionist !. I took breakfast once, which was a stale croissant, followed by everything microwaved and checked with a probe hardly a home cooked English breakfast. There are zero facilities for a drink or evening meal, it is a dreadful establishment, and so smelly and dirty.

Toilet seat didn’t fit toilet. Water trickled out of tap. Didn’t sleep a wink, room was roasting, no fan for room. Teenagers outside our room all night laughing, arguing and shouting. I certainly didn’t sleep like a princess as stated. Best thing about outstay was the breakfast.

Good value with excellent service and care from Laura who was on shift. Nothing was too much bother and she proactively helped us with a taxi company when we looked like we were facing problems with the one we had booked. Great location.
