Maidstone Town Centre hotel

A group of us stayed at the Premier Inn for the Maid of Stone festival and it was just superb. The hotel is great, spotlessly clean in all rooms and public areas, comfortable beds, decent showers. What makes the experience, however, is the staff who are all so friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. Have to give a particular shout out to Dominika who was just brilliant and seemed to perform every job imaginable in the hotel at one point or another! Totally recommend this hotel to anyone.

After a completely stressful and exhausting ordeal at another hotel chain, checking into the Premier Inn Maidstone Town Centre was an absolute breath of fresh air. From the moment we walked through the door, the contrast was night and day. The staff were right there at reception, welcoming us immediately. Because we had to book at the very last minute in an emergency, they politely explained that they had just received the booking and had already sent someone down to prepare our room right away. The customer service was top-tier from the very first second. When we got to the room, it was incredible—an absolutely massive, immaculate, accessible triple room. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the bathroom was pristine with a huge bath and a massive shower, and the air conditioning was a total dream. It worked so well it was like a refrigerator! It was the first time in weeks I was able to get a peaceful, cool night's sleep. The on-site restaurant was another massive bonus (especially compared to other places that only offer packet cereals). The food was amazing—the fish and chips were absolutely delightful. The staff in the restaurant were also fantastic with the kids, providing pens and paper to keep them entertained. The climate control throughout the building was so spot on that we actually had to pop out to the car to grab our jumpers because the restaurant was so beautifully cool! Speaking of the car, the car park was completely free and located right outside the building, making it incredibly easy to navigate. We deliberately didn't mention our previous horror story when we arrived because we wanted to see the natural standard of service, and they completely blew us away. It wasn't until we checked out the next day that I told the receptionist what a lifesaver they had been, and she was genuinely thrilled that they could provide such a brilliant experience for us. This hotel beats the competition in every single metric. Exceptional staff, spotless and massive rooms, brilliant food, and flawless comfort. We will definitely, 100% be staying here again!

Amazing stay! No problems at all everything clean and staff very helpful and nice. Would stay again in the future. Great for hot weather as there is aircon.

We didn’t get the room that we had booked. Lifts not working, they had been out of action for a week. No one available to serve drinks at lunchtime.

We visited on Father's Day for breakfast and the staff made the experience extra special.We were warmly greeted by Grace who kindly offered my girls the chance to choose a treat for their dad,it was such a thoughtful gesture,Grace was friendly and welcoming After we were shown to our table ,the General Manager Charlene come to check if everything was ok .We mentioned that we celebrating Father's day and my youngest daughter birtday is following day .Charlene immediately went above and beyond.Since the girls had chosen sweets for their dad she kindly offered him a complimentary drink as well.Later she surprise us by arranging a birthday dessert plate with a candle .The staff gathered to sing Happy Birthday and they gave my daughter a lovely bag of gifts .They made sure her sister wasn't left out which was such a kind and thoughtful touch A huge thank you to Charlene ,Grace and entire team for making our celebrations so special Your kindness ,attention to detail and outstanding customer service created wonderful memories for our family Also the breakfast was delicious
