"I won't be coming back. Ugh."
Locatio: good. Atmosphere: OK. Value: Terrible, becuase of the poor service. Cleanliness: Good, except for Housekeeping not bothering to clean or make up our rooms after the first night. Noise level: Acceptable. Service: Terrible - front desk staff were clueless, always seemed to have a system problem, and were unhelpful with most requests. There were a few really helpful emebers, but they seemd to be the exception, not the rule.

Great location, with easy access to the city centre - staff were extremely friendly. Carpark small and expensive, we stay one night, but because it was more than 24 hours were charges for two 24hr periods (£32)

A very comfortable place to stay for a good night's sleep, to be followed by a filing breakfast. It is within easy walking distance of all of the city's historic sights.

A few weeks ago, we booked to stay at this hotel on 4th to 7th October, however the Premier Inn app appeared to be playing up (we booked an accessible room but the bookings we made kept showing a standard twin room, but my email showed an accessible room). When I tried to phone the hotel directly, no one even bothered to answer the phone (I must have tried about 15 times). So I just cancelled the booking and we stayed in another hotel instead. Didn't look good with no one answering the phone, I've never had a problem getting through to a Premier Inn before
"Great location for York city centre"
Premier are very organised now ; everything is managed to a formula that works well for a no-frills short stay sleep over. As expected, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Well prepared breakfast. We didn't try the other meals. There was a 'Happy Hour' in the evening, but it was restricted to a very limited range of drinks We managed to get the last parking slot (£16 day) but there are other car parks nearby.
