"The best Premier Inn by far."
Probably the best Premier Inn in the UK, and I've stayed a quite a few. Staff were excellent, couldn't do more to be helpful. Room was spotlessly clean and every thing was working, the bed was super comfy. Premier Inn have taken over the running of the attached pub/restaurant and it's great. Nice to see the same staff in the hotel and restaurant. Good beer, great food and reasonably priced. Special mention to Lauren...best member of staff ever!
"Great stay, awesome staff!!"
We stayed for 3 nights to have a break from work.The reception staff gave us a warm welcome. The room was clean, aircon worked,power shower was great and TV was good quality with all free view channels. We had a meal deal with breakfast on one night which were both great. What really made our stay so good were the staff in both the hotel reception and restaurant.They were helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough to meet our needs and answer our questions.They were awesome.We would recommend this hotel.
"Ideal location for town centre"
Second say this year, ideal location for town centre and not too far from the sea front. Good car parking facilities. Room was basic but clean and had all the facilities you would need for a night or two. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant food was good value on the meal deal, although service was a bit slow when we dinned - they maybe need a few more staff on duty in the restaurant.
"Excellent Location - Poor restaurant"
Excellent location of hotel near to town, just don't expect a drink on arrival if checking in at 3pm, bar does not open till 5pm and even then your kicked out early due to staffing issues. Restaurant worked better as a Brewers Fayre now since it is a premier inn restaurant for guests only, gone down hill, avoid at all costs you would be better off spending money in Great Yarmouth town centre itself, which we did.
"Great location"
Great location for walking into Great Yarmouth, the bed is comfortable with option of extra pillows. The accessible shower was perfect for me. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a variety of food offered next door. We would recommend this hotel
