"Not bad but nothing special"

Hotel is OK, same as most Premier Inns, food was not bad but nothing special, room was OK apart from not been able to open the window more than 2", feels like been treated like a child or been in prison, I like fresh air in my room, and they charge you to park your car, this really ticks me off when you are staying in their hotel, it is pure greed !

"No bath towel...! Eeek..!"

We have used this Premier Inn many times when we come up to visit family in Lancashire. I was disappointed to have to pay a car parking fee on top of the cost of the room. This has never been the case before, and we may consider other places to stay in the future. I know it is not a massive cost, it is just the principle! There were two of us booked into the room, but for some reason there was only one bath towel! I did not complain at the time as I would have got strange looks walking down to reception, naked and dripping wet...! Breakfast was as good as ever, but the food was only 'warm' rather than hot - in true British style, I did not complain...
