"Great value for money, can't disappoint you!"
Nice, clean, warm welcoming hotel. Premium Plus upgrade was really worth it, beautiful room with good wifi. Cozy bed, very functioning bathroom and great service. Restaurant is great whether you go for breakfast or in the evening. Staff is nice and professional. Good location near underground station and restaurants.
"Amazing reception staff"
Thank you to the wonderful reception staff that helped my son today, when he was coming home from school for the first time on his own and got lost, he went in for help and they rang us, told us exactly where they were and looked after him until we got there. You truly are amazing and I can't thank you enough ❤️
"Great location!"
Easy to find and only a short walk from tube station. Next to busy roads so was worried about noise but was surprisingly quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was perfectly clean and bed was super comfy! Breakfast had lots of variety we down quite late around 9.30am and was still plenty of fresh stuff being put out. We were also able to store luggage for a few hours after check out before we had to head off for the train. We took this opportunity to take a walk across the now pedestrianised Hammersmith Bridge took about 10 mins definitely recommend it was beautiful!
"Good hotel but family rooms aren’t is crowded"
The hotel is a standard premier inn so usually good value for money if you book in advance comfortable beds and nice breakfast The problem when booking a family room in these newly built hotels is that it’s the same size of a standard room so just an extra bed or two which makes the room very crowded with no space to move If you want a family room it’s better to book one of the older hotels like the one in archway where it’s actually a bigger family room
"Awesome stay"
We stayed here for 12 days (with 4 Days trips to Scotland in between) and we were satisfied. Room was big and clean, bed was comfy, and location was great, just 5 minutes to Hammersmith station. Our first 6 days coincides with the tube strike and the proximity to Hammersmith station definitely helped ease the hassle, since plenty of bus went through there. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel too.
