"Great VFM"
Great VFM!. room was huge and clean. Hotel is brand new. Room was quite and very pleasant. Location is great. Definitely coming back next time
"Poor Hospitality"
Some of the staff working here are just useless and unfriendly. There was one small very eager and friendly, very aware and polite young lady, guess the Buffet chef, she was amazing. Also, I will never get, why you can´t check in early when the room is already done. I even wanted to pay the 15 bugs, but wasn´t allowed, cause my 82 year old friend (who booked the 2 rooms) would only arrive at 2 pm. so I had to hang around for 2 hours...and this arrogant guy at the rezeption...wow...The bathrooms at ground floor were every day in an disgustung condition. I was very disappointed and won´t book again.
"Amazing staff"
Stayed her three times in the last few months - the staff are amazing! The reception staff deal with any room issues you have promptly and are very respectful with guests who aren't happy (not us, but we witnessed people complaining about lack of ice machines and the AC in the bar area.) We would particularly like to thank Jovi in the restaurant, so helpful, and his extraordinary prompt and efficient service and happy demeanour. Thanks Jovi.
"Scruffy, down at heel, awful place to stay"
An awful run down tower block. Scruffy tatty tiny bedroom. No walk in shower. Stained carpets and woodwork. Dreadful place
"Great hotel"
Second visit here and I work for pi.. Hands down the best premier I’ve EVER been to… Ulando remembered us..and even remembered its a birthday visit..the dude behind the bar..jovi also remembered us..he’s a great Barman and wasted at pi..(no offence) He’s a legend and actually smiles and can have a conversation..neither of them made us feel like a number they made us feel like we were at home. Whatever is happening at Talgarth road..DONT change it..if every premier inn was like this…there would be no other hotel chains. Unique helped us with directions and local things..had no idea about theatres etc and he knew how to get us to where we wanted to go
