Middlesbrough is quite a distance from London – around 250 miles. By train, the journey usually takes around 3 to 3.5 hours with a change, often in York. By car, it’s roughly a 4.5 to 5-hour drive depending on traffic. While not on London’s doorstep, Middlesbrough is well connected by rail and road.
