"Rushed out yet again"
Room faultless, lovely welcome. Shame about getting rushed out of our room early by the impatient cleaner earlier than checkout. Not the 1st time its happened either. Makes you feel rushed and not welcome, wont be back

Friendly and polite are room was clean and our evening meal was very good the staff were polite and friendly at breakfast and in the evening

Great breakfast this morning - all served by Jillian who’s an absolute legend. It was busy in the restaurant and she single handedly looked after everyone in there with professionalism and warmth. The food was great - hot and cold buffet all fresh and tasty. Thank you Jillian. Xx

Excellent stay, rooms were exactly what I expected, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Gillian in the restaurant was very busy but still responded to requests promptly and was very friendly
"Excellent all round."
Really well situated hotel for city centre but accessed easily from A19/A66. On site car parking easy to access and pay for (remember to park in a blue bay). All the facilities and comforts associated with Premier Inns with addition of extremely helpful and hard working staff team! oh and the food was good too.
