I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and really enjoyed my experience. The hotel was welcoming, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
A special mention has to go to Bev in the restaurant. Every time I entered the restaurant, she greeted me with a lovely smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. Her warm, friendly personality and excellent customer service really stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable.
It’s people like Bev who make a stay feel special. She is a real credit to the hotel, and I hope her hard work and kindness are recognised.

"Disappointed With Premier Inn, But Staff Nice & Helpful"
We’ve stayed here a few times now. Booked 4 nights before we arrived there and paid online. Whilst there, we asked if we could add another night on, but the price for one night would have been £130. Considering the 4 nights we booked online came to £176 this seemed excessive. Not the staff’s fault. There was a slight reduction of £11.00 if you booked online, but still would really be overcharging us considering we never asked for our room to be cleaned during the 4 nights stay, so basically we kept the same towels to save on washing, plus we washed our cups ourselves daily, so had no room service at all. So basically we are ideal guests for Premier Inn, yet there is no loyalty from them for returning customers. For our last night in Stockton we moved to another hotel and paid £83.00 for a nice room with breakfast included. Premier Inn need to up their game and give people an incentive to come back. Staff however are very nice and helpful and the room was clean. Only criticisms are that it was extremely warm in the room and we didn’t even have the heater on. Also could smell marijuana along the stretch of the main corridor for 2 days.
