    "Stayed here many times."
    Always a good stay and great location for what we need. Overall very good, new checkin QR codes makes it very easy. Food was OK and good value. Building work ongoing so parking is a little tight but expected and forewarned.
    "Avoid if you can"
    Dirty bathroom. Broken power sockets in bedroom. Air con on full blast in an already cold restaurant and bar. Bar service was awful. Not enough staff and the ones on duty spent more time chatting to each other rather than serving customers.
    "Chunnel trip"
    Great hotel, staff friendly, room very clean. An ideal stop over on our way to the chunnel. We had the meal deal which was excellent value. Great stay all round.
    "Awful! Stay away!"
    Awful hotel, the heating was clearly broken so the room was unbearably hot. There was a fan in the room which you had to use due to the faulty heating but that combined with the ventilation system was like sleeping in a factory. We didn't get any sleep at all. Following the stay I complained to Premier Inn and they couldn't be less interested. Absolutely ridiculous, just stay away.

    The staff were very good and the rooms were nice and clean. They were very hot but a fantastic is supplied, if it had a/c in the rooms it would be 5 stars. The food in the pub is great and they catered very well for my daughter who is gluten free.
