"good hotel"
Again you know what you're getting with a premier inn, and this hotels is a good standard of premier inns (the norm) unfortunately the restaurant is very under staffed and the staff work hard to give a good service, please don't think because you've booked on the website and it get accepted that your booking has been confirmed because i booked online and this was confirmed and when i arrived at the beefeater my booking was rejected at the last minute. All the staff at this location whether at the hotel or within the restaurant works very hard and it is noticed.

The service was brilliant, the prices were really fair, the food served was excellent in quality and size. The room was perfect and clean. The best Premier Inn we have ever stayed in. Simple parking, very conveniently located to local sites.
"Premier Inn Channel Tunnel"
I always choose Premier Inn when traveling to France via the Channel Tunnel. Their Folkestone hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from the tunnel's check-in, making it an ideal stopover. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and boasts very friendly staff. Plus, there's a restaurant on site, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat. And with plenty of free parking spaces available, you can drive in and out with ease. The Premier Inn Folkestone (Channel Tunnel) hotel offers great-value rooms, free Wi-Fi.
"Bad smells, Bad times!"
The room smelled so bad I had to resort to using a car airfreshener to mask the odour. A combination of bad drains and damp doesn't make for a great experience. Thank goodness it was only for a few hours overnight before we caught the ferry. Convenient carparking and close proximity to the port the only positives. I have already cancelled our stay on the return journey.
"Surprisingly Disappointing!"
We arrived approximately 7pm. Young girl on desk pleasant enough when not distracted on her mobile phone. We were told what room number and level of the building. We immediately turned left and climbed two flights of stairs before realising we had taken the wrong route. We returned to reception and was told we needed to go outside to next building! Why the girl didn’t tell us before we climbed stairs and knowing we had gone the wrong way, beggars belief!! The mattress was very uncomfortable!! - Not the usual standard of other Premier Inn’s.
