"Overnight stay with two boys"
Katie on reception greeted us with a lovely smile , she is very polite and helpful and great at her job wish there where more people like her in the world , the room was clean and tidy and perfect for a one night stay with my boys
"Zac at the restaurant, brilliant"
Warm welcome following an easy check in. Room very clean and beds very comfortable. Easy parking and good location of hotel. Breakfast was brilliant and a special thank you to staff ZAC who was very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for him and couldn't move after breakfast 😊 Need more Zac's around the world. Compliments to the chef, cleaners and all staff who maintain a well run ship. We will definitely be returning
"Reliable, Comfortable Stopover – Ideal for Eurotunnel Travel"
We’ve stayed at Premier Inn Ashford Central multiple times when travelling to and from Europe, and it consistently delivers. It’s a convenient, comfortable stop with easy parking and a short drive to the Ashford Designer Outlet, which is handy for grabbing dinner. The hotel offers a good on-site breakfast, and staff have always been accommodating when we request a quiet room. As with most Premier Inns, it’s no-frills—but the rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the price is reasonable. A solid, stress-free overnight option—we’d happily recommend.

Arrived very late and phoned in. The reception was very understanding and it was nog problem. Chekc in was quick and a very friendly receptionist.
"Leisure stay at Ashford Central"
An enjoyable stay at Ashford Central. The hotel is well placed with easy access from the M20 and the local roads provide good access in to Ashford and beyond. The staff were all friendly and efficient and the housekeepers always cheerful and attentive. As usual the beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean and spacious. The hotel did look rather tired and could use a redecoration. The carpets in the main areas and in our room again was looking a little worn. We had breakfast in the adjoining restaurant which was adequate and the staff there were also attentive and courteous. Overall we would certainly use this hotel again and would recommend if you are staying in the Ashford area and require good value for money accommodation.
