"Kudos to Preeti!"
I stay at this Premier Inn every week for work, and I have to say, Preeti is a real star. She’s always so welcoming and goes above and beyond to make sure everything’s just right—she even remembers my preferred room and what I need. It’s the little things that make a difference, and Preeti does them all with a smile. Premier Inn, you’ve got yourself a diamond!
"Great value, great location, great staff."
Great value. Comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and professional. Plenty of free parking on site. Restaurant meal choices and quality were good.
"Convenient to terminal 2!"
Needed a one night stop before flying home and this Premier Inn seemed in a good spot! As we arrived a little early for check in, they offered to store our luggage while we returned a hire vehicle... The entry walk has a few places to sit & have a drink/snack which made life easier as we didn't want to go too far knowing we had a early flight! Our room was clean & presentable...But the beds were damp! The reception staff were very helpfull, appears that the new sheets on the beds may not have been fully dried...ultimately we were offered a different room. Also noticed very little noise from the airport but some noise from other guests. The hop-on bus that goes to the airport was Busy but also made life easier. All in all an ok/good experience.
"Faulty booking"
When I arrived at the hotel, I discovered that my reservation had not been processed by the Premier Inn online system, so after a very long journey from Paris and only a day in advance of my flight to Manila I was seriously stressed. However, thanks to the very kind and helpful support of Harshjeet at reception, the booking was successfully re-processed. So I’m most grateful to the staff at Premier Inn Bath Road and particularly to Harshjeet for de-stressing a rather grumpy customer(me) and helping to avoid a serious pre-holiday holiday nightmare. Congratulations guys ! Christopher
"Would not recommend"
Facilities ok, but the rooms we stayed in had a bad lingering smell. Not dirty but more like a plastic smell, It was not coming from the AC, but it was all in the room. Did not get a good nights sleep, as it did not go away - The bathroom steamed up due to lack of ventilation ie there was no extractor fan.
