"Worried but also resolved"
So when we arrived we tried to see about checking in the first person we spoke to was a little rude laughing about the power cut telling we may not be able to check in making us panic in find another hotel lucky we didn't need to when getting back after a couple hours the second called faith was absolutely amazing reassuring us everything was fine at the time we checked in hassle free also have the kids a couple of free gifts and was happy in directing us to our room this girl faith needs rewarding for her wonderful customer services and polite friendly approachable attitude please make this known you need more people like her
"Relaxing weekend"
Booked two nights, room was ready on arrival which was a plus, great location for seafront. Sophie and Trini on front desk were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, they are a credit to Premier Inn. Room was clean and tidy, but the corridors were very dusty carpets badly need a clean. Had evening meal at Brewers Fayre, staff friendly food worth money. Yes there were a few children, but to be expected as holiday time and hotel near beach, all children we encountered well behaved. We would stay there again
"Access to Beach 👍🏻 Overall Value for Money 👎🏻"
Positive Points: - near the beach (2-3min) walk - near the Sea Life Centre and Crazy Golf - room clean - parking ok Negative Points: - Brewers Fayre not up to standard. Toilets very smelly and dirty. Put us off returning to eat after originally pre booking a dinner and breakfast. - WiFi is very poor - Aircon was set to 19 degrees and the hotel was very uncomfortable. When asked to turn this down, was told it was not possible
"Don’t waste your money"
Tried to extend our stay at the amazing Chesil beach however they were unable to accommodate so we booked an extra night at the Premier Inn Weymouth seafront. The hotel is old and tired. New carpets needed throughout. And a general clean, all the doors are filthy and does not look looked after at all. If you’re downstairs you can see into the rooms from the carpark. The single bed in the room was one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on. This is something they definitely need to sort as they are not the same as the double bed ones. Room was tidy but dusty and you can hear anyone walking past your room and everything above you. £180 for a night I would have expected a little more.
"Could be better"
The positives: The staff were friendly, the beds clean and comfortable and the rooms quiet. The negatives: The room had a musty smell, the bath and sink whilst they had been cleaned were stained and therefore looked dirty. The door and handle was sticky and the carpet looked as though it would benefit from being cleaned. Overall, it could be a a lot better
