"Old tired , filthy stains on carpets. Bar absolutely shocking."
It’s the worst place in a premier inn I’ve stayed in. I’m shocked and disgusted and feel like I’m in a seedy inn The bar as worn out seats. The garden has got old umbrellas thrown in. The drainpipes are leaking. Loads of cobwebs. Shocking !!!!!!
"Avoid at all cost!"
This hotel needs a complete refurbishment inside and out, it’s a total let down to the premier inn brand. As it has no air conditioning, dingy dark rooms, narrow corridors. All we could hear was noise from floor above and had a bad night sleep. There is nothing premier about this hotel. It is not a good accessible location located in the middle of an industrial estate on a dual carriage way. We avoided breakfast because if the hotel is anything to go by we were concerned it would also be just as awful. Avoid at all cost, we would not recommend staying here when visiting Poole. Very disappointed!!!!
"You would have to pay me to stay here again"
Usually a big fan of premier inns but this one is a shambles! Hotel itself just needs a complete refurb it looks old, dirty and outdated, It’s hotter in the room than it is outside with no air conditioning, says 28 degrees in the room when it’s only 20 outside. When asked at reception if there was a problem with the room and if they could check the room they said it’s usual and a lot of guest complain regarding this but basically stop moaning and provided me with a fan! Guests staying next to me showed me there room cause they were complaining of a foisty smell and there’s was actually a decent temperature compared to mine but did smell… so avoid avoid avoid! A lot more options in Poole than this.
"Don’t stay hear!!"
Very basic Hotel, poor rooms, badly in need of a refurb, breakfast room filthy, chairs got stains all over, bedrooms boiling hot, can’t open windows properly, bathroom very tired, shower doesn’t work, cold, shower still in the bath, which is hard to get out of! Not worth the money at all, and poor position!
"Not recommended unless refurbished"
This hotel is in serious need of a refurbishment and the restaurant seems to be limping by. Room only had one towel for two guest; toilet seat was broken. Restaurant very basic - we had ants on our table. Toilets were closed. Only positive was a staff member called Jo who worked very hard and was very friendly through obvious difficulties. We were overnighting before travelling to France. There are two other premier inns in Poole and if you are a fan of the brand I would suggest trying them first before this one.
