    "Not a fan."
    If your expectations are low for a restaurant attached to a budget chain are low, you won't be disappointed. Disinterested staff, mediocre food at best, a solid 2 star. Apart from one waitress (couldn't see a name badge, but wearing a corporate t-shirt). I'm in no rush to return.
    "DO NOT EAT HERE"
    Cold food at dinner and lack of veggie options for both dinner and breakfast. The cannot even cook you a poached egg for breakfast!
    "Perfect for us"
    Stayed here for a few nights ,friendly and welcoming staff .Rooms were very comfortable. Food was very nice .Will definitely stay again .
    "Desperately needs more staff to give decent service"
    Disgraceful lack of staff to serve in bar and restaurant. Apparently the restaurant is no longer a separate entity, Premier inn have taken it over. Three staff and a chef to run a busy bar/restaurant is appalling. Waiting times for tables, drinks, food orders, food delivery were ridiculous and all the guests were complaining. We felt sorry for the staff who were under immense pressure, they were run off their feet, constantly apologising for waiting times and doing their very best. We thought they were exceptional. The food, when it arrived, was very good. The help yourself buffet breakfast was very good, just needed more staff to replenish it. The rooms were clean and comfy. The hotel is well placed for walking into Poole centre and quayside. It's a shame that lack of staff let's it down badly
    "Disgrace room and restuarant"
    Terrible. I have been to loads of Premier Inn’s and I have to say it is the worse one ever. I would never go again. Very run down, not very clean. Very tacky. The restaurant is awful. Staff good. It is so run down. Does not take cash. All the chairs had stains on them. Not clean at all. It was not worth how much we paid. Travelled as a couple one night (21st September 2025)
