No, Leek doesn’t currently have a train station. The nearest stations are in towns like Macclesfield and Stoke-on-Trent, both a short drive or bus away. If you’re travelling without a car, there are regular bus services connecting Leek to nearby towns and cities.

Start with the famous markets: the indoor Victorian Market Hall is open most of the week, while the regular outdoor market fills the streets, and there’s a regular Sunday Supplement market with artisan food, crafts and live music. If history’s more your thing, the Nicholson Museum and Art Gallery is worth a visit for its changing exhibitions, local history displays and arts collection.
