Leek Town Centre hotel

Easy self service check in. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was quiet. Air con worked well in the hot weather. Nice staff, Ben was very kind and helpful - much appreciated. Convenient location to visit Alton Towers.

One of the cleanest Premier Inn’s I’ve been in. Receptionist was very helpful. Check in and out are very simple. Room was good and bed was very comfortable. The only thing would be that you can hear the people on the room above, as well as what happens outside. The room were I was at had a window to an alley, so it wasn’t too bad. No plugs close to the bed. Bathroom was small and a bit uncomfortable but nothing major. Overall, it was a good stay.

Have visited this hotel before. Prime location. Room was spacious and clean. Lovely bed - best bed I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was lovely and fabulous customer service.

Some of the staff make this hotel, 2 in particular, they could not do enough for you. And they were always on the go. We had the meal deal for 2 nights with breakfast, always been excellent in other venues, this time first night, down for 6.30pm 4other tables occupied, so quiet, from ordering it took 1 hour and 5 mins to bring our food, and it was very mediocre, desert we had to explain unless we had it in the next 5 mins we would have to leave it . 2nd night was very different food arrived in 30 mins .. Room clean bathroom clean but tired. Would I stay again yes the cost is very good, would I eat there again no, lots of restaurants around the area.
