"Will not be visiting again."
Appalling experience from the check-in to check-out. Dirty room. Awful breakfast. Noisy and extremely uncomfortable bed. Open the curtains to see a CCTV camera looking directly into your room. Staff unresponsive and not willing to act upon complaint. the 2 lifts at the hotel are atrocious. I waited 20 minutes for a lift to become available to access the car park on level -2. I always say never again, but am always swayed due to the location and close proximity to Mattioli Woods rugby ground. However, after this experience, I will never stay at this Hotel again.
"Nice hotel but not good if your disabled"
The hotel location was fab as near town and station. Staff was welcoming. Hotel was good. One level when arrive then used lift. We booked disabled room which was room 101 on 1st floor. When we walked in, impressed with the room size. But we couldn’t believe how badly designed the power sockets was placed as so shocked that it was placed on other side of the room opposite side of the beds. You would have to get very long extension lead if you want machine to be next to your beds. How can ppl use this room as my wife got sleep apnea and would definitely struggle as she needs the machine to help. Who did pass this disability room need to be told off as whether they used normal person to design it not disabled person. What about other disabled people that needs to use the machine next to the bed but can’t use this room. Bloody disgusting. Room size and walk in shower was perfect. Sliding door is slightly heavy and not smooth sliding so that would need to be looked at. But otherwise it was perfect. Rate it 9/10
"A nice hotel, worth a stay."
A nice hotel. Lots of rooms, our room was quite big and spacious and had a nice comfy bed. Check in was easy, they have both a check in desk and screen to do it yourself. Bathroom was good however water pressure was low in the shower but that may have been because we were on the 12th floor. Didn’t have dinner or breakfast so can’t comment on that, however the all you can eat is good value for money based on other premier inn hotels. Overall pretty good.
"Nice place to meet up with family"
Perfect stay, sabrina made us feel welcome from the start of check-in and recommended places to see with our family. We had a wonderful time, she was on hand to deliver towels to our room and empty our bins. As we didn't know we needed to ask for a room clean. We will definitely be back when meeting family from across the UK.

After a stressful journey, Steve in reception went above and beyond to help us check in quickly and efficiently. Wish there were more staff like Steve, thank you!!
