"Excellent stay for concert at Co op live"
Excellent stay for a concert at the co op live. The tram stop is just round the corner. All the staff were brilliant, especially Holly and Ryan who were rushed off their feet at breakfast time, but nothing was too much trouble and they always had a smile on their face! We will be back.
"Central hotel, well located & choice of courtyard facing room ensures quiet night"
Value for money, very central location, resturants and pubs very near. Try to choose the inward facing rooms. No noise at night. The room is very warm, even in September.
    "One night stay"
As usual no qualms with the chain always a good sleep and no issues. Room was clean and tidy the fan for the AC was great kept room cool whilst we got ready
    "Pleasant stay"
Always have a pleasant stay at this hotel and the restaurant staff tonight were fab. Ollie looked after me very well and the food was great 😊
    "Awful."
Dark, dingy, scruffy room, no accessible window, diry a d smelt awful. Poor customer service when we challenged with a total lack of interest from reception staff, and specifically Holly, who was incredibly rude and just lacked any grasp of customer service. I actually felt unsafe in this hotel which isn't something I've ever felt.
