"Will definitely return!"
Hotel is in an excellent location, right opposite Paddington Station. This location gave us access to the underground and further exploration of the London sights. All staff, without exception, were so helpful, friendly and efficient. Room was quiet, clean and the bed was so comfortable. Will definitely be returning.
"great location"
We choose this hotel due it its location and that was amazing we was visiting London for a day of sightseeing followed by a day at the cricket. and i would use this hotel again for that reason, very easy to get to the city centre, very easy to get to lords. on arrival the hotel looks lovely, bit disappointed it was touch screen check in missed the personal touch but very easy to use. on arrival to room, which was late on in the evening the room was overall tidy but they were left over McDonald's toys on the floor doesn't show it had been hoovered, upon setting the bath up for the kids the plug didn't fit the hole it was to small so it didn't work. but after a long day we just had to shower the kids. we had a busy day the next day up early straight to breakfast which was lovely staff were all attentive. the second days breakfast wasn't so great but it was extremely busy. overall the stay did what we needed it to and we would return for the same reason.
"All in all, a great hotel in a great location."
The location is fabulous, the price reasonable, the staff and the room were fantastic. The adaptable room was spacious and clean and the corridors wide enough for a mobility scooter as were the lifts. The internal doors are "pull" doors which might be complicated for those travelling on their own with disabilities. Breakfast was good, with lots of choice. Noise within the hotel and from outside is negligible. Paddington station is literally across the road. All in all a great hotel in a great location.
"Excellent Budget Friendly Hotel in Great Location"
After a combined cruise and visiting family holiday, we stayed at this Premier Inn the day before our flight. We arrived in London by train at Euston Station and took a cab which cost £26. This was easier than trying to navigate the underground with 3 pieces of luggage. Everything with this hotel from check in to check out was great. All areas from public to our fifth floor room were extremely clean. We paid for an early check in and very happy we did. We found the location of hotel excellent for exploring London. For departure morning we paid for the hot buffet breakfast, it was nice. After breakfast we had an easy check out and went across the street for Paddington Station to catch the Heathrow Express. This is a really convenient 15 minute train ride with plenty of room for luggage. We would stay at this hotel again
"Great experience"
100% would book this again next time we come to London. We had a standard room which was perfect. Clean rooms and good service. We got their early and they offered to store bags free. We had a late train after check out and they still held our bags too. Very easy access to all public transportation which was a big plus.
