"An OK experience but not cheap ay nearly a thousand for 5 nights"
Standard room is small but functional. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was great, literally across the road from the station. The standard WIFI is terrible even for e-mails and basic browsing and a money grab to charge for a better WIFI experience. At 5ft 8 iIwas surprised by the step out of the bath to the floor. The drop height made stepping out of the bath/shower a precarious maneuver. Be aware.

The new Premier Inn at Paddington is perfectly situated for those accessing London by train via the station next door. Despite concerns with the traffic, the room was really quiet and the staff very helpful. Great to stay in a hotel where everything works!
"Comfy bed but cleanliness is lacking."
I recently staid in the premier inn and arrived to find that the room had not been cleaned correctly and the bin was still overflowing with paper towels and even had someone else’s hair sticking out of it!! The bed itself was very comfortable and I did ask for a clean whilst there but the room wasn’t cleaned properly then - the bed was left with the bedding half off of one of the edges and dirty mugs still left. I was also bitten by something multiple times in the room and ended up with little bumps where they have!
"Perfect Hotel after a Long Haul Flight"
My wife and I stayed at Premier Inn - Paddington Station for four nights in May 2025. We'd travelled from New Zealand and were fortunate enough to have our room upgraded on arrival at the hotel. The room was perfect for us - enough space and very quiet, even though it's opposite the train station. Very comfortable bed. As others have mentioned, the location is superb. We'd caught the Heathrow Express to Paddington so just had to walk across the street to the hotel. When we left, he needed to travel to Luton Airport and the direct bus left from the other side of the street to the hotel. We had breakfast each day at the hotel and took advantage of the £29.90 deal which included a two course dinner and breakfast. Pretty reasonable for London! There are plenty of eateries and pubs nearby and places to explore. The hotel staff were very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
