    "Nice Stay"
10 minute walk from Town Centre. Lots of validation parking. Reasonable prices for accommodation ,food and drink. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent Room, although Air Con noisy. Highly recommended.
"Great place for a short stay"
We were attending a wedding locally and this was an excellent choice of stop over . Really friendly and helpful staff , comfy room and bed and excellent breakfast to set us up for the wedding . It would also be a good base to explore the area and car parking excellent too. Very happy !
    "Good basic hotel"
Straightforward, simple hotel. Air conditioner worked well. We didn’t eat there but it’s only 5 mins walk from Monmouth High Street. Friendly front desk staff. Good for one night.
"Worst service and nights sleep ever!"
Firstly, our family room had been given to a single occupant and there were no other family rooms available. So we sat in reception for 30 minutes waiting to see if they could sort something out. They appeared clueless as what to do, finally a lass turned up and took charge and worked something out by adding a temp bed to a double room. The air conditioning sounded like a jet engine so that couldn't be used, the windows are non opening so it was like sleeping in an oven. At the buffet breakfast there were empty food trays so you couldn't get a full breakfast in one visit to the servery, it was a complete shambles from start to finish.
"Excellent service if a little spooky"
Comfy beds, clean rooms, lovely staff. Excellent service from the minute we walked through the doors. Room 3 is haunted though! My friend had someone grab his foot in the night and I heard someone walking past my bed haha
