On arrival we were greated by katarine (sorry for misspelling). She was very friendly and helpful. We also met skyla who helped with our food order and bought it to our room. It was a lovely welcoming experience from them both and especially needed as we had travelled a long way and it was late. The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was clean. The only downfall was the amount of dust in the bedroom which wasn't from just 1 day and lack of tea/coffee etc. The cooked breakfast was very nice but the bread and pastries weren't replenished often enough for the volume of people attending the dining room for breakfast. The juices were not filled either. Despite any of that I would stay again with my family. A simple hello, how are you goes a long way when greating guests and katarine and skyla were the only 2 staff who interacted at all.

"Sleepless night"

Great location and helpful friendly staff. Really comfortable bed but it would have been good if I'd had a good night's sleep. The air-conditioning unit was making a noise all night which the staff couldn't fix and they couldn't move me as the hotel was full. I was given a free breakfast and told to contact Premiere Inn as they have a Good Night's Sleep Guarantee with a refund for a bad night's sleep. First response is an apology saying I got a free breakfast. This is not meeting their guarantee!
