Walking from Edinburgh Waverley Station, exit right onto Waverley Bridge and turn left onto Princes Street. Turn right onto Hanover Street then turn left onto Rose Street. The entrance to the hotel will be on your left.

"Great hotel in a great location"
We stayed at this property for 2 nights while in Edinburgh. We loved the location - steps to the bus stop and that it is walkable to the Royal Mile. We appreciated that, for a fair price, we had the option to check-in early. The rooms, though small, were clean and modern. The coffee that you can get from the lobby 24 hours is great.
"Tiny room"
Really tiny rooms - the smallest that we have been so far I'm afraid. Air condition unit 'decided' to make rattling noises on our second night. Not anyone's fault obviously but still it was not a welcoming occurrence. My review and rating have not been based on the latter statement but rather on the former taking into account the rather high room charge. Also as mentioned in the hotel survey, we would expect to find 2 bath towels and not one. We discovered it rather late and the truth is that we did not bother letting the hotel know about it as we decided to have a shower rather late at night.
"Value for money…"
I’ve used Premier Inn many times, but this was my first experience of their Hub brand. This one is located very centrally on Rose Street, convenient to everything. The room itself was actually pretty good with enough room for 2 to spend a weekend without getting on each other’s nerves. The bathroom is more than satisfactory for short stays. I was pleased to see that the room had an effective air conditioning unit, but it made a lot of noise with what sounded like water constantly running through it…so whilst the room was comfortable, it wasn’t the best nights sleep ever,
"Great location"
Stayed here in early May. Great location bring close to both the Royal mile, shops and station rooms were very compact for 2 people but had everything you need. Only dropping points on here due to having to climb over each other to get in and out of bed. Ideal fir a lone traveller but something to bear in bind as the bed us quite high up too, to allow firvstorage underneath. Saying that we would definitely stay again.
"A Nice Hotel to Chill At"
Even while the hotel was under construction had a nice stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Liked having all the controls for the lights and things on the head board of the bed. Was in a good location with food and stores to stop by. Not far from the castle either if you are going to check it out. Overall, would not mind staying again.
