From M1 exit onto A1, Sprucefield Road. Bear left onto Hillsborough Road. Artroundabout take 2nd exit and continue along Hillsborough Road for 0.5 miles. Hotel is on the left. Bus runs every 30 mins from outside the hotel into Lisburn. Buses run from nearby Sprucefield retail park to Belfast and Dublin.

"Room and the amenities excellent, restaurant lacking"
The room was well equipped, quiet, bed comfortable all the appliances worked etc good value for money. I'd hesitate to go back because restaurant service was agonizingly slow, Almost made me late for the conference I'd travelled to attend. Breakfast buffet was varied and generous, hot meals what you'd expect from industrial fast food or take away quality. Others who came after me ate and left before my order arrived. Take away - go for the buffet if you're on a work schedule.

Dreadful WiFi great staff WiFi even the premium one we paid for was negligible and not upto streaming Staff were super helpful
"Great customer service, clean and comfy room"
Checked in to the hotel with my son. We told them it was our first time in N.Ireland and Natasha at the desk and another woman who was also lovely but we didn't get her name (Brunette with an Eastern European accent) they gave me a face mask and my son some candy floss and couldn't have been nice. The room was clean and we had no complaints. We had the family room and it was a double bed and s sofa bed, both were comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.
