Directions:

From the M1 or M2 travel along the Westlink to the Grosvenor Road roundabout, signed City Centre. Turn onto Grosvenor Road. At the 2nd set of lights turn left, into right hand lane, follow the road turning right (pass City Hall on right hand side). At the end of Chichester Street turn left onto Victoria Street. Follow Victoria Street through the next 2 sets of traffic lights (Albert Clock is on the right) and take the left into Waring Street. Hotel is 300 yards on the right. This hotel does not have an on site carpark. A Secure Cap Car Park is available nearby at a Fee.

There is no on-site car parking at this hotel. Chargeable off-site parking is available at GO Park, High Park Multi-Storey (BT1 2BG) and is located on High Street at a discounted rate of £12 for 24 hours, please note you’ll need a valid hotel invoice receipt to show car park attendants when leaving. Alternative limited on street parking is available near hotel, tickets need to be shown from 8am – 6pm each day.

"Perfect trip matched with a perfect stay!"
Spotless room, amazingly comfy bed, and friendly staff! Slept like a dream thanks to the soft, fluffy pillows, blackout curtains and zero noise in and around the hotel. The evening meal (we had the Spanish tapas) was fresh and tasty, and the cocktails were plentiful, available at a 2-for-1 offer. Great location and unbeatable value - will 100% stay again!! The staff were fantastic when we arrived - making us feel genuinely welcome. The check-in was fast, friendly and efficient. Even though we requested an early check-in, we arrived earlier than expected due to our flight time; expecting our cases would just be kept whilst we met with friends, the manager (John, I think) went above and beyond by checking us into an available room earlier so we could "get a rest" before we headed out. This kind gesture allowed us to unpack and freshen up. Thanks to everyone!
"Dinner B&B in the Premier Inn"
1st room, the door wouldn't secure on exit, 2nd room was on the 1st floor, double glazing doesn't stop the music from external clubs! The bins were emptied at 06.30, I woke up to the sound of thousands of bottles being poured into the re-cycling wagon. Not a good nights sleep. The room was fine, clean, bed was comfy, but if you book ask for a room at the back.
"Excellent hotel and customer service"
We were staying Saturday night to Sunday night and the lovely receptionist Sam went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. Checkin was very smooth and quick and we were told if we had any questions we could come and see him at any time which was a really nice touch. Our room was spotlessly clean and breakfast was outstanding. Sam then checked us out and asked us if we wanted to leave our luggage at the hotel while we went shopping before returning later to collect our bags. 5* service would definitely recommend cathedral quarter
"Noisy hotel"
Avoid this hotel if you’re a family hoping to get some sleep. Very noisy. In the middle of late bars and clubs and on a very noisy major road junction. Never slept a wink! Room unclean.
"An Unforgettable Trip"
I booked this hotel for four, with separate rooms. We were celebrating a 60th birthday. I had telephoned previously and had spoken to David who made a note we wanted adjacent rooms. True to his word we got this. Upon arrival we were greeted by David who was so friendly and engaging. We went to our rooms which were clean and spacious and shortly received a call from David bearing gifts! - prosecco and chocolates. This was completely unexpected and we were delighted to be off to such a good start. One of my friends requested a fan in her room and this was brought without delay. Our stay at the Premier Inn was fantastic - the beds were comfortable and the breakfasts were amazing with staff working hard to ensure things ran smoothly. There was a little hiccup at the end of our stay involving payment for breakfast being taken twice (nothing to do with David) which was eventually resolved. Premier Inn, I don't know how much you value staff but whatever you pay David it isnot enough, he is a stand out employee, make sure you hang on to him!
