"Good hotel well located"
This was 2-night stay in September in a premier plus room. Having anticipated an early return to Belfast I had paid for the early bird check-in from 11.00 – we arrived a little later than 11.00 but the room (439) was ready. Provided when asked with additional towels so that we wouldn’t need the room serviced. Lift to fourth floor and then a long and tortuous walk to our room – the route took us through many turns and through a corridor to an adjacent building to our room that was the next to last. The room was of a standard layout for P+ - comfy bed – side tables – work space – chair – fridge – coffee maker – kettle – constant supply of hot drink ingredients from reception area – efficient bathroom – large and very good walk in shower – and it was quiet and dark – so no problems sleeping. We did have an issue with the aircon control – basically sorted once we had been shown where the on-off switch was!!! – thereafter the room was kept at a comfortable temperature. However, for whatever reason, the room lacked the little extras that normally come with a P+ room – no bottled water in the fridge – not Green and Black chocolates but 2 fingers of kit-kat – non-branded coffee capsules – but then as ever with PI staff sorted these issues – bottles of water provided along with a handful of kit-Kats – thank you. Breakfast was usual PI standard – hot buffet – continental – breads and pastries - hot and cold drinks – nothing else to say. As ever Premier Inn have the covered both of the B’s in B and B – comfy beds + adequate breakfasts – and most of all helpful and friendly staff – thank you
"We’re coming back to visit again with Premier Inn."
City centre location was great. Walking around so easy. Transport very accessible and affordable. Hotel reception brilliant, check in very easy by lovely staff. Our group was 18 men. The twin rooms were great, access so secure and felt totally safe. Associated restaurant served up a great breakfast and evening meal. The deal was great value.
"Basic budget no frills hotel"
Stayed recently for one night to attend a concert at the SSE. Used the self check in which was handy as there was a queue at reception. Room was basic but clean and tidy. Didn't eat in the hotel but had a few drinks in the bar. Drinks reasonably priced and the bar situated on a great spot for people watching. Would certainly consider staying again.
"Lovely friendly staff"
Really friendly and helpful staff and lovely room that was quite and comfortable even though we were on the 1st floor. There was a concert on around the corner but even with that we couldn't hear it. The area is a bit wild and I wouldn't say ideal for sensitive families. The odd angry person around the entrance for example but this is the centre of a city so you get what you get I guess. Overall a lovely Premier Inn stay for us.
"Excellent staff"
Stayed in the Premier Inn Belfast Cathedral Quarter and I just felt I had to write a review because the staff were excellent, friendly professional and courteous nothing was too much trouble for them . Well done and thank you.
