"The Staff Make this an Exceptional Place"

Nice atmosphere, good lighting, amazingly helpful staff. Great for the city centre and the station and the Messe. Clean and well equipped rooms.

"Pretty standard Premier Inn"

Clean and modern hotel inside however the outside let it down with overflowing rubbish bins and this meant litter was all over the floor. The area itself didn’t feel particularly safe so we didn’t wander off any further than to a restaurant 5 mins walk away. The room was clean and welcoming. Initially thought bed was too soft but turned out to a very comfortable sleep despite the bed creaking at every movement. Could also hear people in other rooms but after a ridiculous amount of travelling sleep was calling! The reception staff were not the friendliest and was told there was no parking available and given a map to go and park in multi storey away from the hotel. Breakfast was very limited - I thought I was just being fussy but my partner who eats anything also said there wasn’t a great selection but the fruit tea was great.
