"Nice hotel in the centre of Dusseldorf"

This was the first hotel we stayed at as part of our inter railing holiday to Scandinavia - the room was spacious with a fantastic powerful shower which after a long journey was excellent. All the staff were friendly helpful and professional and the breakfast was generous and wholesome- we also liked the city of Dusseldorf and wished we had planned to stay longer there

The staff isn’t read anything you write, reject immediately, you are writing again, rejected again without any explanation. Its too easy to lose a customer and they are doing it perfectly. I won’t stay anywhere near this hotel or any other branch of them.
