"I was disgusted to be charged €15 for a disabled parking space !!!"

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were friendly. But the aircon in the room was very noisy and did hardly cool and the bed linen was damp which adds up to hardly any sleep. In the description of the hotel on Hotel.com we were lead to believe that there was a restaurant which there wasn’t and also if you look at the hotels own website you could be led to believe the same. We chose to stay at this hotel because it was handicap friendly and that there was a restaurant, what a let down !!!! And the nearest restaurant is not within walking distance if you’re disabled, so no proper evening meal for us, just a snack bought in the supermarket next door. We will definitely not stay there again !!!!

"Neu und gut - Rosenheim über Nacht"

Das gefühlt neu erbaute Hotel kannten selbst unsere Rosenheimer Sportfreunde nicht. Zwischen Bahnschienen und zweispuriger Straße war es (Fenster geschlossen) sehr ruhig. Die modernen Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet. Leider fehlte eine Lüftung im Bad und das Wasser lief aus dem Duschabteil ins Badezimmer. Dafür war das Frühstücksbüffet sehr gut und das Personal sehr fürsorglich und nett. 👍 Eine Hotelbuchung war über Booking einfach. Leider traf das auf die direkte Kontaktierung über die hinterlegte Hotline nicht zu. Mit KI zu telefonieren ist heutzutage normal, dass aber in Bayern zuerst auf ENGLISCH angefragt wurde, ungewöhnlich. Das Parkhaus am Hotel ist mit 16 Euro die Nacht nicht verhältnismäßig. Empfehlung hier - das Parkhaus der Stadt Rosenheim nebenan. Das spart Geld. Insgesamt ein „gut“.
