If you arrive by car: From the A9, take exit 76-München-Schwabing, follow the B2R and exit at Am Tucherpark. Keep left on Ifflandstraße, follow the road and then turn right onto Fraunhoferstraße. Continue straight on until after about 500 m you take one of the two left-hand lanes to turn left onto the Blumenstraße. This finally flows into the sun street. The hotel is on the right.

If you arrive by public transport: The main station is located 700 m from our hotel, use the exit south "Bayerstraße" to get a first overview. The subway and tram station Sendlinger Tor is just 200 meters from our hotel

"Amazing definitely recommend"

Location- the location of the hotel is very good. It's about a 5 minute walk to marienplatz where you can get the u bahn to the main train station. There is also lots of shops and restaurants. Rooms - the rooms are nice and comfortable. They are also very clean. Food- the food is AMAZING. Get breakfast here because it's delicious (ans I'm very picky). There's things like sausages and crispy bacon along with fancy hams, cheeses and breads. There is also cereal ect. Value - good value. Munich is very expensive in genral so compared to other places the value was good. Staff- the staff were so lovely and helpful. They all speak English from my experience. Cleanliness - very clean Other: They have a shop in reception which is so overpriced. We payed 4 euro something for water. There's no ironing board in the rooms (I dont know if that was said when I was booking the room) Overall- when I come back to Munich I will be staying here

"Miserable staff, poor quality"

Tried to charge us €20 because we were 1/2 early for check in despite telling us the room was ready. They didn’t change our towels or sheets despite asking numerous times. They kept blaming each other saying it hadn’t been written down for housekeeping. Then on the Sunday we asked would I definitely be done while we were out and it was agreed. Out for over 6 hours, came back and nothing had been done. Their excuse this time was the hotel was full. Staff on reception extremely miserable.
