    "First Class Service"
    When a brand that provides total first class consistency throughout its chain is matched with a superb front of house welcome. This hotel can only get a five star review. We were greeted by Andy (Pandy) and couldn't have received better customer service throughout our stay. Look after your staff Premier Inn they are the key to your success.

    Great location for an early flight at LBA. Comfortable, clean, spacious room. Friendly staff on arrival and leaving the hotel. Overall ticked all our requirements that we needed. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

    Reception staff friendly, hotel is very run down. Stopped here a few times but will not return. However the location to airport is excellent

    Overall a very poor stay, not to the standard premier in are usually, showers are awful and unclean, wouldn’t recommend staying here

    To be clear, premier inn in what it is and we’ve stayed here a few times, the staff at reception are great. The beefeater next door, what a joke, it’s our 2nd time in here as we are staying at the hotel, (you cannot review separately?) The staff cannot be bothered, complaining about working, moaning how many hours they have, fridges not stocked so products warm! No bar setup. Takes ages to get served as no one seems to even be able to work the till! No manners, no atmosphere, no one cares. Our first visit I actually had a jump up 20 year going mental at me as no one was serving but parry noises coming out of kitchen, so input my head in and asked if anyone was serving just to be shouted at! Premier couldn’t do anything and gave me details to complain but no response so I am writing here. The place is a joke, staff are clueless and cannot be bothered. Just because it’s near the hotel there’s plenty places to grab a bite in the area. I can’t believe they somehow have managed to be off tripadviser so no one can actually give them reviews. Avoid at all costs
