"Fantastic team - really went the extra mile"
We had a really enjoyable two night stay here - about 30 of us - as our base of operations for tacking the Yorkshire 3 Peaks - fantastic rooms and the food / drink was exactly what we needed - but we were double delighted to return after a long hard day to find a little note in each room congratulating the team on their efforts - Vicki and the team really went the extra mile, thank you
"Excellent cooked breakfast. Good base for Airedale."
Ideally placed for Haworth and Saltaire where we were visiting. Also close enough to the canal towpath for an enjoyable stroll to Bingley 5 Rise Lock. Typical Premier Inn. Clean and comfortable. Our room was a little tired but wasn't a problem. Easy to operate shower. Usual comfortable bed. Important to us was the communication between the hotel and the adjoining Brewers Fayre re the Meal Deal as a previous stay at Premier Inn Macclesfield a couple of years ago mixed messages resulted in us being insulted by the restaurant manager. The restaurant staff were exceptional and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Perfect freshly cooked fried eggs. Black pudding wasn't frazzled. Bacon not dry. Mushrooms not watery. Better than some country house hotels that we often stay in. Excellent cooked breakfast Upon complimenting the breakfast we were informed that the cook had been there 30 years!
"Excellent stay & Excellent housekeeping "
We stayed here on the 13th to the 15th of June and had a fantastic stay! We managed to get chatting to one of the cleaners who was looking after our room and she did a fantastic job, we got extra towels on request and she was so friendly and helpful especially with directions within the area and where the best sandwich shop was to get a amazing chicken salad sandwich. So a big thank you to Sarah Sanderson you did an amazing job and made our stay very special!
