    From the north- Exit M5 at J3, at roundabout take 3rd exit (A456, Kidderminster). Continue straight over next r'about (2nd exit to Stourbridge, A491). Next r'about take 1st exit then continue over 2 more r'abouts (2nd exits to Stourbridge, A491). Keep right then turn right onto A491 (Stourbridge). At the r'about take 2nd exit (Stourbridge Town Centre) and continue to join the one way system, New Road. After 0.8 miles bear left onto A458 (Birmingham). The hotel is on the left after 300yrds. From the south - Exit M5 at J4 and take 1st exit at r'about (A491, Stourbridge). Next r'about take 2nd exit then next r'about take 3rd exit (A456, Stourbridge). Keep left and take A491 (Stourbridge). At the roundabout take 2nd exit (Stourbridge Town Centre) and continue to join the one way system, New Road. After 0.8 miles bear left onto A458 (Birmingham). The hotel is on the left after 300yrds.

    Excellent stay for an overnight visiting family. Large room very clean Nice restaurant very friendly staff. Very welcoming

    Had an excellent stay here. Indie on main reception was really helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much even my late night request for an iron was immediately fulfilled with a big smile. Amazing stay thank you !
    "Hot and bothered"
    Air-conditioning not working on a very hot night. Windows can't open in the room with zero airflow and unbearably hot all night. We left at 6am after very little sleep and were so keen to get out didn't bother raising it with the young member of staff who was clearly very tired himself at that time of the day. I have to say that if the Air-conditioning was working we may have felt a lot less grumpy and actually felt it was good value for money. We did read a card on the room that only referred to heating, so believe perhaps there was no air-conditioning. There was also no air flow though which made for an unbelievably stuffy and unbearably hot night. The room itself was clean and tidy and as expected. I wouldn't describe this Premier Inn as appealing, overall unfortunately a miserable experience.
    "This Weekend"
    And we are back! It has been a while since we have stayed here and Stourbridge, yet it is still a delight. Over this weekend, we have been welcomed with friendly faces from Roxi Friday Night, and throughout our stay we dined in the restaurant. Both evenings being satisfactory. Having Rachel serving us on Saturday night AND sunday morning was a delight. She goes beyond for the guests, even with a cracking smile. Great Job Stourbridge, we hope to return soon👍
