"Comfortable and good location"

This is a really nice Premier Inn close to shopping and restaurants in Solihull and a short walk from the train station. Received a warm welcome from Reece who was later extremely helpful when the TV in my room froze. The hotel has the new design and rooms are very cosy and clean. It is generally very quiet and beds are really comfy. There are several nearby takeaways and Deliveroo is an option if you don't want to use the Thyme restaurant.

"Great staff and very comfy rooms."

The staff are excellent and they always try to sort any issues. The number of staff can be a problem in very busy times or if there are issues with rooms (I have personally had no issue in 4 weeks of staying). Rooms are very comfy and functional. Food and drink is good. Jenny, Aaron and the team are very helpful.
