There is no on-site parking at this hotel. There is a drop-off point located on Upper Well Street at the top of Belgrade Square. Parking is not permitted at this point. Chargeable parking is available at the Coventry Belgrade Plaza NCP Car Park (CV1 4AJ) at £12 per 24 hours when paying at the car park, or £10 when paying via the ParkPass app. 1 minute walk away from the hotel, with 36 disabled parking bays. Height restriction 2.1m. Alternative parking can be found at Silver St, (CV1 1AR), open 24 hours daily and can be paid via the NCP app.

I had a wonderful experience. Hotel was clean and the breakfast was fresh! (Non of that buffet business) I want to give a special shout out to JACK! Honestly what a lovely man! Helped me throughout my stay, managed to help me with a late checkout and made my grumpy kid smile all morning I will be staying her every time I come to Coventry

"Poor experience"

We use premier inn on many occasions but we are extremely unhappy with our recent stay. The alarm on the air con unit kept going off. We reported it to reception and they said it was because we had used deodorant in the room and it would go off shortly. Well it never and reception had turn the unit off at the trip switch box. The room was then extremely hot all night. We reported it again and were told to open the window. Also the room hadn’t been cleaned sufficiently as there were peanuts and a battery under the bed, which we have a photo of. Very bad customer service and we are unlikely to stay again.
