Directions:

From M42 take J6 and follow signs for the NEC. Continue into the NEC complex and follow the main road, bear right at the bottom of the hill. Follow the road through 2 roundabouts, heading towards the North Car Park. At the 3rd roundabout take the right hand exit (signposted exit and motorways). At the next roundabout take take the first exit (signposted Elmdon Industrial Estate, Airport and Station). We are situated at the next roundabout (first exit). Postcode- please note that we share our postcode with Holiday Inn Express. If your satnav directs you here, from the Holiday Inn roundabout follow signs towards Elmdon Industrial Estate, Airport and Train Station. You will find us on the next roundabout along at the first exit.

Great hotel when flying from Birmingham Stayed here and it’s about a 5 minute drive from meet & greet Staff friendly Nice restaurant & drinks Hotel room clean Stayed in a family room with 2 adults 2 children plenty of space 2 double beds & a cot - thank you :-)
"Generally good hotel and staff, excellent food"
Good check in and ground floor disabled room but room was found to suffer from noise from lifts, eading to disturbed night, which is unusual. The food was amongst the best cooked we have had using the meal deals over many years. Service was a little slow, but friendly. Our room was spotless as usual, but as an ex smoker, could still smell stale smoke from years of smoking in rooms.
"Brilliant stay!"
Brilliant Premier Inn (we’ve stayed at quite a few now!) the room was really clean and very comfortable, we needed extra towels and pillows and they were provided quickly. The breakfast was really well cooked (it’s self service, which is good) and all the staff we met and spoke to were really efficient and very friendly. The self check-in worked really well (first time using it) and was so quick! Thanks for an excellent stay.
"Poor hotel"
Well, dont expect to get a meal without an unnecessary wait. Arrived and was told there was a 30 min wait to get a table in the restaurant as it was busy.... yes, that was with two tables in use in the whole restaurant, seating 5 people. Well 1st and last time here! Room air-conditioning locked at master 19c room too hot and uncomfortable to sleep in.
"Terrible food service and uncomfortable bed"
Awful stay .:;usually have a good stay but this time not so good Dined two evenings ..first evening we left before main courses arrived after waiting 2 hours. Second evening same slow service with meals late and quite frankly awful . The room I think the bed is due for an update as very comfortable and the frame had fabric lining hanging loose Not an enjoyable stay at all
