Limited chargeable on-site parking is available at the hotel on a first come first served basis, charged at £12 per night. The car park is located underground with access via locked gates on Lombard Street. Please call reception via the intercom to gain access. Height restriction applies: 2.3 metres.

Due to the weekly Quayside Market, Quayside Road is closed to vehicles every Sunday from 06:30-17:00. Recommended access to the hotel is via Swing Bridge and the side roads around Dean Street.

Alternative, off-site chargeable parking is available nearby at Quayside Multi Storey Car Park (NE1 2HJ) just a 5-minute walk from our hotel at £8.00 per day, 7am opening - 12am closing.

"Great weekend meet up"

Premier Inn Paul, Sandra, Mark and the other team members made our trip to Newcastle to see family and friends an enjoyable experience. On arrival, at 23.15, they were able to get my wife a room with a view of the Tyne! She normally asks for a sea view which is never going to happen with the River Tyne! The team were very welcoming and nothing was too much. We had an evening meal on the Saturday and it was well presented and very tasty. On Sunday, we had family visit and they joined us for breakfast. Even though the dining area was busy, they were able to accommodate us all. Premier Inn Paul always asks after my elderly mother and wishes her well. And he always asks if there is anything we need during our stay. It really makes our stay feel personal than just customers, a name and room number. I guess that’s why we have been staying here on each and every visit to see family. Will definitely be back. Can’t think of any other hotel we’d go to.

"Quayside Newcastle Stay"

This is the second trip to this Premier Inn Qusyside in 4 months. Remains good value for money, including the complete meal deal which was well presented and tasty. The staff are really extremly professional and work really well as a team. Obviously they have lots of tasks but kept the customer service element high and made tome to chat as well. Rooms spacious we had a river view , and very clean. Great location for walking out along the river and local venues. (BAltic and Glasshouse), plenty of riverside estiers/bars. Very near to Train and Metro (10min walk) good place to base to tour outside of the city without a car.
