    "Nice Receptionist, Bad Fan, Bad Restaurant"
    Lovely receptionist, cannot fault her at all. But dirty rooms and facilities, and rude restaurant staff. Unable to eat dinner at all, since we were turned away an hour and a half before end of service.

    We were told on phone to premier helpline that this particular premier inn had a restaurant open until 23:00. On arrival at 8 pm we were told this was untrue and restaurant took last orders up until 20:30. We walked over to book our meals and they refused to take them,saying that they were busy ,although restaurant only had around a dozen people inside. Our particular room had one curtain rail hanging off the wall . With no maintenance working the receptionist merely jammed it under other one. We only had one towel in room. When we complained we were told that was the policy. In all honesty the rooms weren’t very clean,mould all over bathroom tiles. Then in the morning we went for breakfast only to be told it was only continental and that they weren’t serving the normal buffet breakfast. Absolute shambles,it was more like Fawlty Towers.

    Where do i start, firstly the room was disgusting, the shower was mouldy and there was pubes in the shower tray, cigarette burns on the carpet and cobwebs all over the room, then there was the bar area, there was 1 barmaid 1 waiter and 1 chef for the whole establishment so naturally the food was running miles behind. Then there was the breakfast, unlike most premier inns i have stayed in the food isnt laid out you need to ask for what you want, so if you fancy some more you need to order again, this place is clearly running on a skeleton staff and trying to save money at all costs resulting in an unpleasant experience all round. Avoid at all cost
    "Very poor"
    We are regular Premier Inn guests in many locations. We have been to the Bridge Barn Inn several times over the past few years and used to actually live a few hundred yards away and regularly used the Beefeater. The restaurant/bar is not now open to the public. It has a six foot metal fence around the building which makes you feel as though you're in a detention centre. The staff do their best but it must be a very depressing place to work. I had to completely strip the bed and remake it. The mattress protector was on sideways, the duvet was too small for the cover, had not been put in properly so one side of the bed only had cover and no duvet and one of the pillowcases was put on inside out. The outside area around the buildings is unkempt and littered. All in all it just feels abandoned

    So disappointed, the air con had broken so had 2 large very loud fans on which had to be turned off at night as we couldn’t sleep, bathroom smelt very strong of urine.

    Hotel description

    You'll find Premier Inn Hotel Woking West (A324) in the leafy village of Horsell, near the Basingstoke Canal. We're very handy for business and pleasure, with easy transport links to London and the M25. And our beer garden is a great place to relax and recharge. Take the family for a fantastic day out at Legoland or Thorpe Park. Or enjoy the sport of kings at Ascot Racecourse. Farnborough Airshow is an absolute must if you're here in July. Then, after a day of flights or flutters, return to some tasty food at our on-site Premier Inn restaurant and a great night's sleep in your lovely comfy bed.
