"Great hotel"
This is a lovely hotel in a good location, with free parking and good facilities. Alison was very helpful and really freindly, thank you!

Excellent. Lovely clean room. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities. A walk in shower would have been nicer than shower in the bath...but bathroom very clean. Helpful friendly staff Would recommend Handy for Gatwick and free parking
"Supreme"
for a so called budget hotel (stayed in plenty budget and the other end hotels..4/5 star) This place is Supreme. Not 1 night or 2 nights,been here 12 nights,will be here another 2 months. When staff go beyond the call of duty ( without customer asking ) Always a 5 star ' hint ' I do not know ( obviously ) all individuals names ( ie the cleaning team) But,and who,not just today,Sunday June 7th 2025,every day,last 12 days. The friendliest staff team,I have ever experienced. Nothing,zero to much trouble. All the staff. Extra Special mentions,for ALISON TARA & FIN. thankyou plus whoever today's cleaning team,Inc the above 3 staff members who,without me asking or requesting; sorted something to make my stay even better. Thankyou ALISON Thankyou TARA Thankyou FIN also,Mo & Mr.D ! Rachel thankyou so much extra Special Zoe thankyou so much. Sam as well.
"Staff really friendly "
very helpful, I paid and sorted an early check in and the receptionist loo was really kind and she helped me take my bags to the room. Thats above and beyond the role of a receptionist. Only 1 thing about the rooms that there are no plugs next to the bed and the USB sockets do t work. I'm glad I brought a long charging cable! It's handy having refill teas and coffee out on reception so we can just refill when we run out. The pub next door has great food, best pie I've tried at a pub!
"5 * Premier inn"
I came here due to a family member having a major operation at the Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead. Louise on reception was friendly, couldn’t have done more to make my stay more enjoyable. She was a joy to have met. The rooms were quiet, cool spacious and spotless. The pub ( The Star inn at feltbridge ) is really close & the food is great ( especially the sea bass with risotto). A pleasure to go to.

We're all about convenience at Premier Inn Hotel Grinstead. With great nearby transport links, you'll be well placed for Gatwick Airport, as well as exploring nearby business and leisure destinations such as Crawley town centre. Travel in style on the Bluebell Railway. Picnic on the lawn at Standen estate, or take a trip through time at Hever Castle. Watch your favourite horse come in at Lingfield Park racecourse. Then get on the home straight back to a delicious meal in the restaurant beside us and unwind in your lovely comfy bed.
