    Always friendly and helpful the lady on the desk is really helpful polite and friendly her name is Mandirs beds always comfortable And get a good sleep with added good breakfast to set you up for the day

    Greeted by Mandre upon arrival last Saturday afternoon. Mandre was so helpful with checking me in & also arranging a taxi to take me to Doncaster Railway Station. Nothing was to much trouble for her. Thank you. Mandre.

    Perfect stay as usual. I travel from Dorset twice a year to visit rose hill cemetery and I always stay here, rooms are always clean and tidy and the staff are truly lovely, special thanks to Mandira the Manager, she touched my heart with her generosity, kindness & empathy during my stay. Very special lady. Thank you once again.

    I'm generally a fan of Premier Inn as I like the beds and usually get a good sleep for a decent room rate. This one was the exception. It was during the heatwave and the room was very warm. The thermostat on the air conditioner didn't go below 19 degrees which ensured we had an uncomfortably warm night. In addition the carpets were not very clean and I thought the entire hotel a bit tired and need of an upgrade. I get the impression that it is used mostly by the UK workforce. I did discuss the air conditioning with the reception on check out. I was informed that they ".. could have adjusted it from down here, if we would have said something." There's proactive and reactive and I get the impression Premier Inn are trying to save a few quid. I would be interested in their honest response, ie why not allow people to adjust their own temperature requirements in 'an easy to use' way? I would also be interested if anyone else has had a similar experience.
