    The Reception Staff was very welcoming, compassionate, helpful and warm natured. I was treated with contempt by Gary in the TableTable restaurant attached to the Hotel. Joshua was an angel who was so professional in rectifying the matter. Notwithstanding, upon learning of my experience the reception staff were empathetic and instantly showed concern which was humane and comforting.
