"Great staff."

I stayed here for work and it was perfect for me. The hotel is having some renovations at the moment but I was told in advance this was happening. The room was dated but clean. The staff are great. They are always there if you ever need anything.

"Building site!"

Building works going on at the hotel, which weren't advised until after booking. No restaurant facilities whilst work is being done. Reception area was a building site, and place wasn't appealing. No car park, so had to leave car in public car park. Room was dated, although clean. No shower gel in dispenser. Carpets stained, and very creaky floor boards, so felt sorry for anyone below. Stayed in better Premier Inn's and wish I'd paid more for a better standard somewhere else. Very poor effort from what I believed to be a good brand. Did not get value for money on this stay.
